Seniors ‘keep fit futsal’ – ‘Jim taking a break’
Wednesday 6-7PM
07980 286663

Tuesday senior has come to a bizarre finish. Valiant are top after completing their 14 matches, Trawl who due to holidays have only played 11 matches sit 9 points behind but need to improve their goal difference by 40 to share the title.  As they say ‘it’s not all over till the fat lady sings.’

The Tuesday league has a very strong 9 team line up, the Wednesday league is at its lowest in 10 years, but there is a good chance this will be cured next 2 weeks.

If teams want to read match reports click on the played match and report will show. If teams want to send in their own reports they are more than welcome.

Click on your team name in the table and all your team information opens in front of you – modern technology.

Under 9/10 has nine entries to date, couple more and league is full. Know any teams in those age groups please make them aware. £2 per player, no balls or referee to supply, nets are already up, couldn’t be easier.

Been asked by Appleby Frodingham to take 2 u15 teams to the Pods at Scunthorpe Saturday October 26th. They don’t want our best teams as, having played one already, they are aware of the standard set; which for their novices is too high. Nice compliment to Thursday junior league.

Same day Immingham have requested an under 8’s game at Grimsby YMCA.

In Sheffield next Wednesday to confirm venue booking to bring over a Barcelona coach, if event is fully subscribed will bring coach to Grimsby – watch this space.

Finally got an unfit dad, send him down to YMCA Wednesday 5-6-7PM; ‘adults get fit futsal.’ Great fun and you get fit without thinking to much about as your always watching or chasing a ball.
