Harvest close in on Ruston Sports at top of Lincs League

Harvest travelled to Ruston Sports (Lincoln) for a game both teams needed to win to cement their championship challenge; happily for Harvest they game away with an impressive 1-0 win. Due to cup success Harvest have played 5 games less than Ruston, and trail 11 points, leaving plenty of work for the team before they can consider themselves ‘champions.’

The influence of futsal on the Harvest play, compared to all the opposition, is tremendous. They are fitter and play intricate football that is exciting to watch and never relies on aimless balls ‘down the channel.’

Their next game is Saturday, home (Novartis 2pm) vs. local rivals Humbertherm. The team deserves your support.
