JUNIOR

Ormistone Maritime edge Holton Le Clay 6-5, Holton rattle bar late on but just can’t level.

YMCA like Holton don’t always get results play deserves, they hit post and bar, critical in a close 4-2 game. Opponents Red Dragons are playing with new found confidence.

Being bottom takes more courage than being top, turning up to lose is an onerous task; to lose by a mare 3 goals to the experienced Scartho team has to be judged a result for Waltham.

Highlighting the tightness and quality of this league (school year 8/9), GSC and Little Devils tested each other time and time again, a clever counter attack giving GSC a 2-1 victory.

INTERMEDIATE LEAGUE

Was played 3 and 3 surprise results. All Stars beat current champions AFC Zulu 6-3; Clee town held by St.Andrew’s Old boys and newcomers Woolpack V2 draw with Havelock FC.

YEAR 10/11 LEAGUE

What atop four, Titans, Humberstone Futsal, Dum and Dumber and WTB, and it’s not so weak after that in a league that has grown to 12 teams and is in desperate need of additional venue space.
