TREATMENT OF INJURIES:
It is responsibility of team to have first aider and first aid equipment to hand at all times. Kit bag issued to referees should contain backup first aid.
Junior futsal (u18 league inclusive & below) teams must be registered with an adult in charge. An adult must be present with team at all matches.
NB: Junior leagues change title on 31st August as players move up a school year.
LEAGUES ARE AFFILIATED TO THE LINCOLNSHIRE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION LTD.
Indiscipline, payments missed matches etc. will be dealt by Leagues governing body the LFA.

|POINTS AND SCORING:
Win = 3 points Draw = 1point DECIDING FACTORS IF TEAMS LEVEL AT END OF COMPETITION
If teams level on points, league position to be decided by goal difference, most goals scored, and least conceded, the head-to-head record between the two teams and if still level a play-off match to be held.
League position decided by points. If teams level a playoff game will decide.
5-0 as per FIFA rules.
No transfers allowed during a league or competition.
This can be appealed to Organising Committee in exceptional circumstance.
Loan Player Rule:
A team may use 2 loan players in a match; but with following conditions:
Opposing manager and match referee is given notice before kick off
If opposition team has 6 players then opponents may only use loan player (s) to bring team tally to 5.
Opposition can agree game is played 6 vs. 6 if they choose.
A loan player cannot play more than two times to assist same team during any competition.
7 Days notice is required to cancel a match
Fine for a cancellation is £20
Match points will be awarded to opposition
ADMINISTRATION RULES & MANAGEMENT OF COMPETITION
The Competition shall be called the Grimsby Futsal League
Any alteration to these rules will be sanctioned by LFA rules committee.
The Competition shall be governed in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the
English Football Association. FIFA futsal laws will be used with local variations described in Managers Handbook.
The Lincolnshire Football Association will sanction the competition. The competition and all
teams, players and other persons shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Lincolnshire County FA Limited.
AFFILIATION OF PARTICIPATING TEAMS
All teams will be affiliated to the Lincolnshire FA County Association Ltd, through the Competition.
ENTRY FEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The competition shall be open to senior teams affiliated to the Lincolnshire County FA.
Senior match fee £24 per team. Junior match fee is £15 per team.
Failure to complete league fixtures – £50 fine plus un-played match fees and any outstanding fines
If a team has match fees outstanding, team will be refused entry into the Grimsby Futsal
COMMITTEE & POWERS
A committee of three shall also adjudicate over all matters effecting the competition Rules.
The committee shall also adjudicate in all cases of dispute, protest and complaint.
The Committee will consist of Mr.J.Drew & Mr M.Hill plus a person nominated by complainant.

Competing teams must register a first set of colours. In the event of a colour clash the second named
team must change. Bibs are available. Players should be dressed in uniform shirts and shorts.
Goalkeepers must wear kit that does not clash with the referees. Goalkeepers may wear tracksuit
bottoms. Players must wear shin pads.
ARRANGEMENT OF THE COMPETITION – AS PER RULES SUBMITTED
Matches are played at the Novartis Sports Club and YMCA unless unforeseen circumstances dictate otherwise.
Referees will complete a match report and return it to the League Administrator at the end of each evening’s group of matches.
PROTESTS & COMPLAINTS
All questions of eligibility, qualification of players or interpretation of Rules shall be referred to the
Committee. The committee thereon shall entertain no objection to the dimensions of the playing area
or appurtenances unless a protest is lodged before the commencement of the game.
A protest to Grimsby Futsal League must be made within 48 hours of incident.
Any appeal against a decision of the Grimsby Futsal League committee must be made to the Lincolnshire Football Association,
in accordance with its rules, within 14 days of the posting of the decision of the Committee and
accompanied by an appeal fee of £45
To be dealt with by Grimsby Futsal League in association with LFA procedures.
No team must enter this Competition in the name of another affiliated club without the full knowledge
and authority of that club.
At the time of writing these Rules Grimsby Futsal League was giving Pro-Active Sportswear vouchers to league winners based on number of teams playing in a league or competition. Pro-Active have just entered into liquidation, meaning League is having to revalue its winners prize policy.
