Junior under 11 league:

First text I receive is to let me know I missed a junior cracker. rivals East Coast Lions ‘A’ and GSC Tigers draw 5-5 in a futsal thriller. ECL went 2-0 up to 2-4 down, 4-4, 4-5 and finally 5-5.

Discoveries
Rangers and East Coast Lions ‘B’ manage to play 30
minutes and share only 2 goals. Illustrates how switched onto defence
these teams can be when needs must.

West Marsh score 4 against GSC Panthers
(4-10), a creditable improvement on previous results as Panthers move
top of league with win.

Jets win Discoveries derby match vs. Panthers 4-1.

NB  futsal often has 2 referees – 1 is the senior referee. He
has final say on all matters.  He does not have to accept 2nd referees
decision.

As a futsal referee I am only to pleased to discuss a decision, but please at the right time and place; meaning quitely away from other interested parties.

Junior under 13 league:

Watched Keelby vs. Grimsby Soccer Club.  3-0 to Keelby at half time, the flood gates could have opened, thanks to some half time adult guidance the second period was very different.  GSC narrowed game to 3-2 before Keelby sealed game 4-2.  ‘Conner’ for GSC showed some delightful touches and turns, a player to watch.

Novartis team was late getting to venue, which did not help the teams preperation. Titans dominated 15-2.

Atlantic won the basement battle against Clee Dynamos 3-1.  Clee and GSC both will be relieved to collect first points.  The race is on……….

   Monday Premier League:

Institute improve, strong performance against experienced Youngs’. Newton’s and Catalonia take big guns Fulstow and Valiant close.

One great goal recorded – not for the first time Craig Norman excels.  This time he ‘megged’ opposition defender before deceiving College keeper Steve Goodwin to diving to the floor, then had the cheek to lob the ball over him!

   Tuesday League
Madrid go top with 5-3 win over Trawl.

   Wednesday League
  Result o/s

   Thursday League
Bench Warmers need help, thrashed again. East Marsh & Inbetweeners keep pressure on top.
