 Losing finalist El Dogo’s
This was El Dogo’s final futsal game as the team takes a futsal break after years of great service to the League. A model team that will be hard to replace.
Work (age?) commitments has forced manager and player Adam Cooper to make decision. Trawl took an early two goal lead that they held comfortably til end of game. Trawl played their normal game, defending deep, enticing opposition forward and then hitting them hard on the counter. With speedy players that can take advantage of such a ploy the strategy is doubly effective. Congratulations to both teams on a competitive entertaining match that held the spectators attention throughout. Apologies that the Final was delayed by the August break. |
