Technique Analysis; a guide to
video collection and analysis

This FREE workshop aims to introduce club
coaches to video technology and its use in
coaching practice. Video technology can be
an extremely useful tool, and it isn’t just for elite
performers. The workshop will provide hands
on experience of video capture and subsequent
analysis using free analysis software available

Applied Sports Nurtition

Wednesday 23rd May 6.30 – 8.30pm
This FREE workshop will provide an insight
into basic nutrition required for athletes,
with a focus on nutritional demands around
exercise and competition. By the end of the
workshop coaches will be able to demonstrate
basic knowledge of nutrition allowing them to
recommend diet interventions to athletes and
will have learnt about tools to be able to detect
abnormalities in athletes diets. Please book.

Sport Makers Workshop
Bishop Grosseteste University College, Lincoln
Thursday 24th May 6.30pm – 9.30pm
This FREE inspirational workshop will
provide you with the opportunity to fully
engage with the Sport Makers
volunteering project. Five sections are
covered, in a very interactive way. These are;
Olympic and Paralympic values, Leading from
within, Helping others, Having fun and keeping
safe, and the Deployment Depot. Within the
Deployment Depot, Sport Makers will make a
pledge as to what they are going to do to make
sport happen. Please book.
